What you need to know
Before you move in
A holding deposit of one weeks’ rent will be taken on submission of your application, the amount taken will then be deducted from your first months’ rent due at the start of your tenancy. Should you decide not to proceed with your tenancy or fail your referencing, this is non-refundable.
Starting your tenancy
The cost of your bond will be the relevant first months rent amount plus an additional £100.00 (£200.00 if you have any pets). This deposit is to be held in the deposit protection scheme and registered them within 28 days of receipt.
Other fees & Charges
Unpaid rent / returned payments: Interest at 8% above Bank of England Base Rate form due date. Professional cleaning (as required): £30.00 per hour. Only charged where professional cleaning is necessary to return the property to the same condition as at the start of the tenancy.
